JEEMCA Home Addition Projects

North York House Extension
Our project began in the side yard of a bungalow in North York. Within a year and on a limited budget, we aimed for the highest cost-effectiveness by carefully selecting suitable materials and design solutions.
Every detail was meticulously crafted to transform the original empty space into a perfect, cozy home.

East York Home Addition
This project is located in East York's Riverdale community, where many homes are long and narrow. Extending the house towards the backyard maximized living space on a budget, offering great value for personal use or rental. The house was upgraded from two to three stories, expanding the living area from nearly 2,000 to about 3,700 square feet.

Scarborough Garden Suite
This garden suite, located at Midland and Finch, is a two-story, 1,280 sq. ft. unit with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Built with prefabricated light steel, it was completed in three months, with key components pre-assembled to minimize on-site work.

Markham Coach House
Located in the Cornell community of Markham, the zoning application for garage conversions has been fully approved.
Two neighboring homeowners undertook construction simultaneously, and we built a completely independent 2-bedroom living space for each project. The addition includes an extra staircase, utility room, and a total of 700 square feet of new living space.
